Information on how to enter the homeloans.com.au 'Win a $500 gift card' competition and conditions of entry.

• 1.Entry is open to residents of Australia (excluding ACT) who are over 18 years of age and who are not a member of the persons listed in clause 5.
• 2.Competition commences at 9:00 AM (AEST) on Thursday 19 November 2020 and concludes at 5:00 PM (AEST) on Tuesday 15 December 2020. Any entry received after this time will not be eligible.
• 3.Entrants can submit multiple competition entries.
• 4.homeloans.com.au takes no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
• 5.Employees and contractors of homeloans.com.au and associated companies and their families are ineligible to enter.
• 6.The Promoter of this competition is homeloans.com.au Pty Ltd, ABN 49 118 337 367; Australian Credit Licence 390850; with its head office located at Level 9, 45 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
• 7.To enter the competition, entrants must provide a 'comment' under the 'Comments' section on the 'win a $500 gift card' official Facebook post telling us an “easier way” to save time or money for the holiday season.
• 8.Entries must be an original and artistic submission from entrants and must not:

• a. Infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of another party. If an entrant has doubts about whether they may infringe a third party’s intellectual property rights, they must not include the material;
• b.Contain any words that are defamatory of any person, obscene, offensive or inappropriate (which includes, without limitation, any content involving nudity, malice, excessive violence, or swearing) in the opinion of the Promoter or contrary to Facebook’s Community Standards; and
• c.In its content or by being submitted as an entry, breach any law, or breach any law obligation or duty to any person.

• 9.Entries must also comply with Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities. In its absolute discretion, the Promoter may reject or disqualify an entry if it does not comply with these competition terms and conditions, and Facebook’s Terms and Policies including the terms which you agree to when you use Facebook, terms of information received on Facebook and terms of what’s not allowed to be published on Facebook.
• 10.All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of any entry for the purpose of future marketing promotions. Please click here to view homeloans.com.au's Privacy Policy.
• 11.Entry to the competition constitutes consent for the Promoter to use the entrant's contact details for future marketing activities conducted by homeloans.com.au. If you do not wish to be contacted by the Promoter for future marketing purposes, please advise homeloans.com.au by sending an email to marketing@homeloans.com.au.
• 12.The prize is a $500 prepaid Visa card.
• 13.The winner of the prize will be randomly selected from all eligible entries (see clause 7) received.
• 14.The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if the winner is unable to be contacted after seven (7) calendar days, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be selected.
• 15.The winner of the prize will be announced on the homeloans.com.au Facebook page within ten (10) calendar days from the competition closing. The named winner will be required to send a private message to the homeloans.com.au Facebook page within five (5) calendar days to claim their prize.
• 16.The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up the specified prize.
• 17.The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• 18.The Promoter makes no representations or warranties relating to the quality or suitability of the prize.
• 19.In the event that the prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value.
• 20.Except within the consent of the Promoter, the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
• 21.The Promoter reserves the right to amend this competition terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The modified competition terms and conditions will be automatically updated on this page. Amended terms will take effect immediately as soon as they have been published on this page.
• 22.The Promoter may suspend or terminate this competition at any time by giving its entrants reasonable prior notice.
