1. Set your repayments to suit you

Change how often you make repayments and when they occur. Able to pay a bit more? LoanZone also lets you increase your repayment amounts, and make additional repayments.

2. Transfer funds to external accounts

Want to pay people from your home loan account? The Pay Anyone feature lets you do exactly that - sending money from your loan account to external ones. You can also transfer funds between accounts linked to your home loan.

3. Handy access to BPAY

No need to switch to your bank account to pay bills. Use BPAY to make one-off, scheduled and recurring payments.

4. Reset your Visa® Debit Card PIN; improved security

Your Visa® Debit Card is a great way to pay for goods and services from your home loan account. However even the best of us can forget our PIN. LoanZone lets you quickly reset your PIN so you can keep using your card. Has your card been lost, stolen or damaged? Enhanced security controls let you quickly prevent unauthorised use.

5. Change your postal address

Do you need to tell us your postal address has changed? Don’t bother calling. Update your address online quickly and easily.

6. Raise a service request

A lovely surprise!

I was very pleasantly surprised when I noticed my variable investment loan interest rate was reduced from 2.29% (already great) to an amazing 2.04%. Because homeloans.com dropped the rate on the product they decided to pass it onto me as well. Fantastic idea and greatly appreciated!

Rate cut today, legendary!

Just received an email notifying me that the interest rate of my variable loan has been cut. As they perfectly put it, they don't have to but they want to. What a heart warming statement. On top of that, it's not just a one off kindness, it's a result of a policy that rewards loyalty instead of only focusing on bringing in new customers. Now that's a policy I can get on board with.
